11. 1.Scrub & Clean the surface to be coated thoroughly with metal/ plastic brush to be freed from black color, fungus, loose masonry, dirt & dust. 2.Wash the scrubbed surface with plenty of water to remove dust & dirt. 3.Allow the surface to get dry. 4.Mix the FREE COOL COAT ACTIVATOR in it. 5.Dilute the StarShield Cool Coat with 25% water. 6.Stir the coat with stirrer before use. 7.Apply the 1 st Coat with brush/roller/spray. 8.Allow the coating to get dry for 4 hrs. 9.Apply Final Coat. 10.Allow it to get dry for 48 hrs. 11 Note: Its easy to apply & any helper or painter can do the job easily.
