Leverage equity considerations to advocate for prioritization of publicly owned sites for assessment, cleanup and community informed development –Affordable housing, recreational space, community center, healthy retail food outlet Leverage federal assessment and cleanup funds through targeting of vulnerable populations and demonstrated community benefit –Combat displacement through negotiating local contracting and workforce development training
