Beyond NOF funding Develop the People's Network as a virtual library which: ensures the transition of the public library into the 21st century - delivering that public "third space" online, accessible from the channel of choice, 24 hours a day Widens the library-based resources of the People's Network to be relevant to museums and archives underpins the long-term sustainability of the People’s Network in England
