Hygiene Wash my hands Sing ‘Happy Birthday’ two times and then rinse the soap off Dry with clean paper towel

Ingredients Sourdough bread Cheese Lettuce Mustard Ham Cucumber

Materials needed: Bread knife Butter knife Chopping board Knife to cut up ingredients Plate to eat off

Preparation: Collect all materials and ingredients Wash lettuce Cut up cucumber and cheese Open mustard jar Get some ham out of the packet

Steps Spread mustard on bread Cut slices of cucumber and lay on the bread Lay a piece of lettuce on top of the cucumber Lay a piece of ham over the top to the lettuce Lay the cheese on top of the ham Put top piece of bread on the ham Cut in half

Cleaning up Put all materials in the dishwasher Wipe the bench
