1. Radio Transmitter and plastic applicator (the actual transmitters used for this study are slightly smaller than the one shown here)

8. Housing for receiver and 12 volt battery – housing is weather proof and is cabled to tree to deter theft, vandalism or wildlife interference. Coax cables (inside aluminum conduit) run from receiver housing to antenna located in tree.

9. Fixed receiver array antenna – located 20 feet up tree adjacent to Lake Creek.
