8. Flush Testing Filling at top and venting from bottom ΔP = 6 Torr flow rate = 1.0 SCFM Fit gives 0.9% in 4 hours Still need to increase flow rate

9. Flush Testing Filling at top and venting from bottom ΔP = 10 Torr flow rate = 1.1 SCFM Fit gives 0.18% in 4 hours

10. Flush Testing Increased flow means decreased flushing time. What should we shoot for as far as flushing time is concerned? What is acceptable?
