FEGATO ALLA VENEZIANA (VENETIAN STYLE LIVER) Venetian Liver is a typical dish of Veneto.

500 g of Pig’ Liver 500 g of White Onions 100 g of Butter 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 2 tablespoons of chopped prasley

PROCEEDINGS THE FIRST THREE steps Wash the liver, cut it into thin stripes. Put 50 g of butter in your pan and slice the onions. Cook the onions for 5-6 minutes.

NEXT STEPS Cook the liver in an other pan. Add the butter. Cook the liver for about 10 minutes. Don’t add salt. Add the onions with liver, without salt. Heat slowly. Add the lemon juice and the chopped prasley. Serve it hot.
