We have done so because:  In today’s business climate, teams need to provide incremental benefits more quickly, rather than waiting 6-12 months to do so. So you break projects into smaller “chunks”.  Although THE Guide’s profile says to staff Large Projects full-time, few of our customers have done so, adding unneeded project risk.  For large organic projects, that are too tightly-coupled to break into releases, use our Medium methods and staff the projects full-time in the project plan  Here is a big change: we have eliminated the Large Project paths in this release.
