2 Overview These training materials are based on the Spring 2012 End-of-Course Test Administration Manual. Training materials are available in PearsonAccess under the Support tab. 3 Overview These training materials highlight important information for computer-based test administrations and the use of paper-based accommodations. Not all information from the test administration manual is included in this presentation, so district and school staff must read and familiarize themselves with all information in the manual, in addition to using these training materials. 3

Correct test administration must be selected each time you log in. Requires a username and password. 7 Glossary of Terms Proctor Caching A process of locally loading or “caching” test content on a computer at the school level. Does not require a separate caching server and can run on any workstation on the network that meets minimum requirements. Software is provided by Pearson. Reduces test delays due to network congestion. Provides students with a more seamless testing experience. Required for all FCAT/FCAT 2.0/EOC computer-based testing in Florida. 7

8 Glossary of Terms TestNav 6.9 (TestNav) Platform for Florida’s high-stakes computer-based statewide assessments. Software application installed either on a file server or on each computer that will be used for testing. 8 Note: This is the TestNav address used for testing this spring; it is different from the address used for the Infrastructure Trial.

9 Glossary of Terms TestHear Platform used to deliver accommodated forms (e.g., large print, zoom, color contrast, screen reader, assistive devices) for Florida’s high-stakes computer-based statewide assessments. Software application installed on each computer that will be used to test students who require computer-based accommodations. TestHear will operate on Windows PC workstations and on Macintosh workstations that have Mac OS 10.5 or later installed and are running Windows (e.g., via Boot Camp). 9

10 Glossary of Terms ePAT Electronic Practice Assessment Tool Provides students an opportunity to practice using the computer-based platform prior to testing. Available for download at www.FLAssessments.com/ePATs.www.FLAssessments.com/ePATs Download ePAT launcher separately from practice test content. Accommodated ePATs are also available. Launcher is bundled with the practice test content for accommodated forms. Scripts and instructions for downloading ePATs are under the Resources tab. 10

12 EOC Test Administration Schedule Summer 2012 End-of-Course (EOC) Test Administration Schedule Algebra 1 August 6–August 10 (9 th for most schools), 2012 160 minutes* 12 *Any student not finished by the end of the allotted time may continue working; however, testing must be completed within the same school day.

13 EOC Test Administration Schedule Scheduling Since the testing window allows for multiple test sessions to be scheduled throughout the week, absent students may be reassigned to an existing session scheduled later in the week rather than creating separate make-up sessions. Any deviation from the test administration schedule requires written approval from the Florida Department of Education (FDOE) prior to implementation. 13

14 EOC Test Administration Schedule Testing Duration Each Algebra 1 Assessment will be administered in one 160- minute session with a scheduled 10-minute break after 80 minutes. Students are not allowed to talk during the break. Individual restroom breaks are permitted as needed. Any student who has not completed the test by the end of the allotted time may continue working; however, testing must be completed within one school day. Students may be dismissed from the testing room after the 10-minute break as they complete testing. However, no special incentives should be given to students to encourage them to finish early. 14

15 What’s New for Summer 2012 Student Pledge Prior to testing, students are required to read and agree to a student pledge. Students taking a computer-based test must read and check a box indicating that they agree to adhere to the pledge. Students who do not check the “I agree” box should still be allowed to test. Students taking a paper-based test sign beneath the pledge on page 2 of the test and answer book. If a student refuses to agree to the pledge, the test administrator should note this in the record of required administration information and check the box for the student (CBT only). 15

16 What’s New for Summer 2012 Seating Charts Test administrators are required to maintain an accurate seating chart for each group of students in their rooms during testing. All seating charts must indicate the front and back of the room, as well as the direction the students are facing. If students are moved to a different location during testing, a new seating chart must be created and maintained for this location. 16

17 What’s New for Summer 2012 Test Administrators ALL test administrators must be certified educators. Test administrators are required to sign a Test Administrator Prohibited Activities Agreement in addition to a Security Agreement. Certification numbers must be recorded on this document. The EOC Administration and Security Agreement has been revised to emphasize the importance of proper training and the possible consequences of test administration irregularities. 17

18 What’s New for Summer 2012 Virtual School Students Districts must make arrangements to test Florida Virtual School (FLVS) Full-Time public school students, as well as other virtual program students, per Section 1002.45(6)b, Florida Statutes (F.S.). 18

19 What’s New for Summer 2012 TestHear Accommodated computer-based test forms (large print, color contrast, zoom, screen reader, assistive devices) are available for eligible students who have such accommodations identified in their individual educational plans (IEPs) or Section 504 plans. These forms will be accessed using the TestHear software, which is similar to the TestNav 6.9 software but provides accommodations and allows the use of assistive devices. Students who require accommodated forms must practice using the accommodated ePAT for the specific accommodated form or form combination that they will use during testing. 19

20 What’s New for Summer 2012 Reference Sheets For the Algebra 1 EOC Assessments, hardcopy reference sheets will be provided for ALL students, not just for students with a paper- based accommodation. Reference sheets for computer-based tests were included in test administration manual shipments. Reference sheets for paper-based tests are included with test materials. 20

21 What’s New for Summer 2012 Paper-Based Materials Regular print and braille test materials are available for eligible students who have such accommodations identified in their IEPs or Section 504 plans. 21

22 What’s New for Summer 2012 Hand-Held Calculators Algebra 1 After participating in a practice test, a student may request an approved four-function calculator on the day of testing. Test administrators should have a supply of approved calculators for these students. **TestHear forms of the Algebra 1 EOC Assessments do not include an online calculator. Hand-held calculators must be provided for students using TestHear accommodated forms. 22

23 TestHear Scripts As stated on the previous slide, the TestHear forms of the EOC Assessments do not include an online calculator. The Spring 2012 EOC Manual was printed prior to this functionality change; therefore the scripts in the manual should be replaced with the updated scripts distributed by FDOE and available at www.FLAssessments.com/SpringEOC. www.FLAssessments.com/SpringEOC Please pay special attention to updated instructions regarding hand-held calculators and scripts for TestHear forms (denoted by **). 23

24 Reminders Inappropriate actions by school or district personnel before, during, or after test administration may result in consequences including test invalidations and/or loss of teaching certification. District assessment coordinators must ensure that all school administrators, school assessment coordinators, test administrators, and proctors receive adequate training prior to test administration. All personnel involved in test administration must read and sign an EOC Administration and Security Agreement, provided in Appendix E, and test administrators must sign a Test Administrator Prohibited Activities Agreement, also provided in Appendix E. 24

25 Reminders Students may not have any electronic or recording devices, including, but not limited to, cell phones and smart phones, at their desks, in their pockets, or anywhere they can reach them during testing, even if the devices are turned off or the students do not use them. If a student is found to be in possession of ANY electronic device(s) during testing, his or her test must be invalidated in order to successfully enforce this policy. Students and parents must be made aware of this policy prior to testing. 25

26 Reminders If a student begins a session and leaves campus without finishing (due to an appointment, illness, etc.), he or she will NOT be allowed to complete that session. No exceptions will be made once the student leaves the school’s campus, so parents and students must be made aware of this policy. If you have concerns about a student, you should not allow the student to begin. Instead, arrange to administer the test to that student in a different test session or on another day. 26

28 Reminders Schools must administer an ePAT using the appropriate script provided in the Spring 2012 EOC Manual to all students to be tested to ensure that students have enough time to become familiar with the item types and features of the testing platform. **TestHear ePAT scripts in the manual should be replaced with the scripts distributed by the FDOE and available at www.FLAssessments.com/SpringEOC.www.FLAssessments.com/SpringEOC ePATs can be used at any time up to the day of the test. The ePAT is also available for students to practice with on their own. 28

29 Students to be Tested Algebra 1 The following students must participate in the Algebra 1 EOC Assessment administration: All students who are enrolled in and completing one of the following courses: –Algebra 1 – 1200310 –Algebra 1 Honors – 1200320 –Algebra 1-B – 1200380 –Pre-AICE Mathematics 1 – 1209810 –IB Middle Years Program/Algebra 1 Honors – 1200390 29

30 Students to be Tested Algebra 1 (cont.) The following students are eligible to participate in the Algebra 1 EOC Assessment administration: Students who need to retake the assessment to earn a passing score for course credit Students who entered 9th grade in the 2010–11 school year –who have not yet taken the assessment to be averaged as 30% of their course grade –who are in grade forgiveness programs and wish to retake the assessment to improve their course grade Students in a credit acceleration program (CAP) who wish to take the assessment to earn course credit 30

31 Students to be Tested English Language Learners (ELLs) All ELLs who complete the relevant courses are expected to participate in the EOC Assessments no matter how long these students have been receiving services. 31

32 Students to be Tested Students With Disabilities All students with disabilities participate in the statewide assessment program by taking one of the following: ̶EOC Assessment without accommodations, ̶EOC Assessment with accommodations, or ̶Florida Alternate Assessment. All determinations regarding participation in the statewide assessment program must be documented in the student’s IEP or Section 504 plan. See Appendix A of the manual for information regarding accommodations. 32

33 Test Invalidation A test MUST be invalidated if either of the following circumstances occurs: ̶A student has an electronic device during testing ̶A student is cheating during testing A test MAY be invalidated if one of the following circumstances occurs: ̶A student becomes ill and is unable to finish ̶A student is not allowed the correct amount of time ̶An error occurs in the administration of an accommodation ̶An error occurs in test administration or procedures ̶A student is disruptive during testing 33

34 Test Invalidation District assessment coordinators should advise schools of the appropriate course of action if invalidation is being considered. Remember that the purpose of invalidation is to identify when the validity of test results has been compromised. More information about test invalidation and instructions may be found on page 18 of the Spring 2012 EOC Manual. 34

35 TEST SECURITY Room Arrangements: –Ensure that no student can view another student’s screen or communicate test answers –Use the Privacy Screen provided by Student Assessment –Test Administrators must be actively monitoring students **This means that for the entire test session, the adults in the room are actively walking around, observing students, and proactively addressing the class as to any potential issues.** –Ensure that there is adequate space (3 feet) between students that are testing. –For any paper based accommodations ensure the security of materials –Ensure all electronic devices are not in students’ possession.

38 TEST SECURITY Test Security Documentation: –Every staff member involved in testing must receive live training from the Testing Coordinator. –Every staff member involved in testing must sign a Florida EOC Test Administration and Security Agreement. Keep on file at the school –Every Test Administrator must sign the Test Administrator Prohibited Activities Agreement. Keep this on file at the school. –Seating Charts are mandatory. If a student moves during testing, it must be noted on the Seating Chart –FCAT Required Administration Information is required. May be the session roster. For Paper Tests the Security Numbers must be tracked. –Test Security Logs must be completed for every testing room

40 Test Administrator Before Testing  Read the test administration manual.  Read the Test Administration Policies and Procedures and sign the Florida EOC Test Administration and Security Agreement.  Read and sign the Test Administrator Prohibited Activities Agreement.  Establish an appropriate setting for test administration and remove or cover any unauthorized aids in the testing room.  Assemble and prepare all materials needed for test administration.  Ensure that your students and parents understand the testing policies prior to the first day of testing.  If you are administering tests to students who require accommodations, become familiar with the accommodations and discuss with your school coordinator how accommodations will be provided.  Ensure that you are familiar with how to open TestNav or TestHear to the login screen for each student computer prior to testing. 40

41 Establish an Appropriate Setting Tests should be administered in a room that has comfortable seating, good lighting, adequate ventilation, and sufficient workspace. Students must not be able to easily view other students’ computer screens, work folders, or test and answer books. During the practice test, check the configuration of your testing room to make sure you will be able to provide a secure environment during testing. If necessary, use visual blocks. Post the sign that reads TESTING—Please Do Not Disturb and display starting and stopping times as soon as testing begins. Remove or cover all visual aids in the room. Students may not have access to any unauthorized aids. Discuss any concerns with your school assessment coordinator. 41

42 Establish an Appropriate Setting When you arrive on the day of testing, open each student workstation in the testing room to the student login screen as indicated in the script, but do not log in for students. Display the student comment form URL, or create shortcuts on student workstations to ensure each student is able to complete a form after testing. Ensure that you have a way to contact the technology coordinator or the school assessment coordinator without leaving the room unattended. 42

43 Materials Needed for Testing Test Administration Manual You will need the Spring 2012 End-of-Course Test Administration Manual to read the test administration scripts to students. When testing students who are allowed certain accommodations, you may need to modify the scripts. It is especially important that you review the scripts BEFORE testing begins to determine the necessary modifications. Do not interpret this as permission to paraphrase test items. Scripts and instructions for the administration of paper- based forms are provided in Appendix A. **Updated scripts for the administration of accommodated computer-based test forms (large print, color contrast, zoom, screen reader, assistive devices) were emailed by FDOE and are available at www.FLAssessments.com/SpringEOC. www.FLAssessments.com/SpringEOC 43

44 Materials Needed for Testing Test Administration Manual (cont.) Appendix D on page 333 is the CBT Test Administrator Quick Reference Guide. This guide lists possible error messages students may encounter, explanations for each message, and possible solutions. This guide is a helpful resource for test administrators during testing. 44

45 Materials Needed for Testing Student Authorization Tickets The School Assessment Coordinator sections of the manual provide instructions for scheduling students into test sessions and printing Student Authorization Tickets. For each test session, each student needs a Login ID and a test code (password), which are printed on the Student Authorization Tickets. Students will need a pen or pencil during testing to sign their tickets. 45

Student Authorization Tickets must be handled in a secure manner and returned to the school assessment coordinator immediately after each day of testing is completed. The test administrator will give each student a ticket only AFTER all students have entered the testing room, as instructed in the script, and all tickets must be collected BEFORE students leave the testing room. 46

48 Materials Needed for Testing Session Roster A Session Roster is a list of all students scheduled in a test session that displays important information including: ̶Test Administration ̶Session Name ̶Test to be Administered ̶Test Code (password) ̶Student Name ̶Student ID ̶Student Date of Birth ̶Class Information ̶Login ID ̶Blank space to record attendance information and accommodations used The Session Roster may be used to record required administration information. 48

51 Materials Needed for Testing Test Group Code A test group code is a unique four-digit number used to identify a group of students testing together. Each group of tested students, initial or make-up, in a testing room should receive a unique test group code. District assessment coordinators either will create and distribute test group codes to all school assessment coordinators or will instruct them to create their own unique four-digit codes. Students will enter the test group code before beginning the test, as indicated in the scripts. 51

52 Test Code & Test Group Code Test CodeTest Group Code A six-digit code created by PearsonAccess and printed on Student Authorization Tickets and Session Rosters. The Login ID and the test code are required to log in to TestNav. A unique four-digit number created by district assessment coordinators or by school assessment coordinators used to identify groups of students tested together. The test group code is entered after the Welcome screen in TestNav and before students see the first question. 52

53 Materials Needed for Testing Reference Sheets and Periodic Tables Paper reference sheets are provided to all students taking the Algebra 1 Assessment. Reference sheets are also available in the TestNav and TestHear software. 53

Once students complete the test, the test administrator should collect all reference sheets and periodic tables, and the school assessment coordinator should destroy them by recycling, or return them, as directed by the district assessment coordinator. Used reference sheets are secure materials. 54

55 Materials Needed for Testing Four-Function Calculators The computer-based TestNav Algebra 1 EOC Assessments have a built- in four-function calculator. Once a student has participated in a practice test, he or she may request to use an approved hand-held four-function calculator. Your district should have an adequate supply of approved four-function calculators provided by the FDOE. No other calculators may be used. **Students who will test using TestHear accommodated forms of the Algebra 1 EOC Assessments must be provided hand-held four-function calculators. Students with visual impairments may use the approved large key/large display calculators or approved talking calculators supplied by the FDOE. Schools that have not yet accumulated an adequate supply of approved large key/large display or talking calculators may use comparable calculators that are regularly used in their classrooms. Such calculators must be basic four-function models and must not have functions that are unavailable on approved calculators. 55

56 Materials Needed for Testing Computer-Based Testing Work Folders The Florida Computer-Based Testing Work Folder is a blank piece of yellow 11x17 paper folded in half with grid paper on the back cover. Work folders arrived in your shipment of test administration manuals. For the CBT Algebra 1 EOC Assessment, students are provided with work folders to work the problems. One work folder should be sufficient for each student; however, students may request additional folders. Work folders are to be distributed to students at the beginning of each test session. School assessment coordinators and test administrators must ensure that students have enough desk space to use their folders. 56

The school assessment coordinator should package the used folders in the District Assessment Coordinator ONLY box. Used work folders are secure materials. 57

58 Materials Needed for Testing Security Log 58 A Security Log must be maintained for each testing room. Anyone who enters a room for the purpose of monitoring a test MUST sign the log for that testing room.

59 Materials Needed for Testing Seating Chart An accurate seating chart must be maintained for each testing room for each test session. Seating charts must capture the following information: ̶the room name/number ̶student names and their location in the room during testing ̶date ̶session starting time ̶test administrator name ̶names of proctors (if applicable) ̶test group code All seating charts must indicate the front and back of the room, as well as the direction students are facing. If students move around or change seating during a test session, a new seating chart must be created. 59

61 Communicate Testing Policies Communicate Testing Policies to Parents and Students Electronic Devices Policy—If students are found with ANY electronic devices during testing, their tests will be invalidated. The best practice would be for students to leave devices at home or in their lockers on the day of testing. Leaving Campus—If students leave campus before completing the test (for lunch, an appointment, or illness, etc.), they WILL NOT be allowed to complete the test. Student Pledge—Students will be asked to read and agree to a pledge prior to testing indicating that they will not give or receive unauthorized help during the test. If students are caught cheating or irregular answer patterns are detected during scoring, their tests will be invalidated. 61

62 Missing Materials and Test Irregularities/ Security Breaches Test administrators should report any test irregularities (e.g., disruptive students, loss of Internet connectivity) and possible security breaches to the school assessment coordinator immediately. If a secure document, such as a test and answer book, a Student Authorization Ticket, a used Work Folder, a used reference sheet, or a Session Roster, is not found or a test irregularity or security breach is identified, the school assessment coordinator must contact the Student Assessment and Research Department at 754-321-4250 Missing Materials form and Test Irregularities/Security Breaches form can be found online at Pearson Access/Support/Summer EOC 62

63 Accommodations Appendix A of the Spring 2012 EOC Manual contains detailed information regarding administration accommodations, TestHear accommodated CBT forms, and paper-based accommodations. All personnel involved in administering tests to students with allowable accommodations must familiarize themselves with the information in Appendix A. 63

64 Test Administrator During Testing  Maintain the seating chart, Security Log, and record of required administration information for your room.  Ensure that each student has a pen or pencil and distribute testing materials as indicated in the scripts.  Read the appropriate administration scripts VERBATIM to students. Please read the important information and adhere to the instructions between the SAY boxes.  Keep accurate time for each test session and display times for students.  Maintain test security at all times and report violations or concerns to your school assessment coordinator immediately. 64

65 Supervise Test Administration During testing, Test Administrators should ensure the following: Students have cleared the area around their workstations of all materials except for Student Authorization Tickets, pens or pencils, and the following materials, as applicable: work folders, calculators, periodic tables, and reference sheets. Students agree to the student pledge and enter the correct test group code. Students do not talk or make any disturbance. Students are working independently. Students are working in the correct test. 65

66 Supervise Test Administration It is not appropriate to use cell or classroom phones, grade papers, or work on the computer during testing. While you may encourage students to continue working, you may not talk with them about test items or help them with their answers. If students indicate they have finished the test before the allotted time for the session has elapsed and they have not yet submitted, you may encourage them to go back and check their work. 66

67 Test Administrator After Testing  Verify that you have collected all required administration information, including accommodations actually used by each student.  Verify that your seating chart and Security Log have been completed correctly.  Make copies for your files.  Report any missing materials to your school assessment coordinator.  Organize materials and return them to your school assessment coordinator.  Complete the Summer 2012 EOC Test Administrator Comment Form at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/SuEOC_TA. 67

69 School Coordinator Before Testing  Read the test administration manual.  Read the Test Administration Policies and Procedures and sign the Florida EOC Test Administration and Security Agreement.  Ensure that test administrators sign the Test Administrator Prohibited Activities Agreement.  Train your test administrators and proctors, including non-school- based instructors (e.g., itinerant teachers). You must train several employees to act as possible alternates.  Receive test materials from your district assessment coordinator.  Inventory the materials within 24 hours of receipt and report missing materials or request additional materials immediately.  For the Algebra 1 EOC Assessment, ensure an adequate supply of reference sheets is available for all students. 69

70 School Coordinator Before Testing  Communicate the process for collecting required administration information to your test administrators.  Distribute test group codes to test administrators.  Assign proctors, as needed.  Arrange practice test sessions.  Ensure that appropriate test settings are available for all test sessions.  Verify student information and create test sessions.  Distribute Session Rosters and Student Authorization Tickets on the day of test administration. 70

71 School Coordinator Before Testing  Make arrangements to test any special program students (district virtual instruction programs, Home Education Program, etc.) who may be testing at your school.  If any students who require accommodations are testing at your school, discuss with test administrators how accommodations will be provided (Appendix A).  Complete Computer-Based Assessments Certification district readiness activities as directed by the FDOE. 71

72 Receive Test Materials Your district assessment coordinator will provide you with the following materials, as appropriate for your school: ̶Computer-Based ̶Work folders ̶Algebra 1 EOC Reference Sheets ̶Other materials, as indicated in the Spring 2012 EOC Manual (as applicable) ̶Paper-Based ̶PreID labels and rosters ̶School Boxes (contents listed on pages 98-99 of the manual) ̶Special Document Boxes, if applicable (braille only) ̶Calculators ̶Contact your district assessment coordinator if you do not have an adequate supply of approved handheld calculators. 72

73 Receive Materials/ Maintain Security Keep materials secure at all times. No more than three individuals may have access to the locked storage area. Do not open shrink-wrapped materials or begin preparing (applying student labels) more than one week prior to testing. Save the original boxes for returning To Be Scored special document materials. If you need additional materials or if you have questions, contact your district assessment coordinator. 73

74 Proctors When testing a large group of students, proctors MUST be assigned to the room to assist the test administrator. 75 Arrange ePATs Schedule and arrange ePAT practice sessions, as described in the Spring 2012 EOC Manual. Before a student can participate in each computer-based administration, the student must complete the correct ePAT to learn how to use the computer-based system. 76 Arrange ePATs Students who require accommodated CBT forms (e.g., large print, color contrast, zoom, screen reader, assistive devices) must complete a practice test for the specific accommodated form or form combination they will use during testing. 77 Create Test Sessions In Broward generic test sessions were created automatically via the PreID upload. These can be used temporary sessions for the purpose of verifying student information, or they can be test sessions you plan to use for testing. After verifying student information schools should transfer these students to sessions to be used to test the students Detailed instructions on how to create a test session and verify student information are on pages 104-107 of the EOC manual. 77

78 School Coordinator During Testing  Ensure that test sessions have been started in PearsonAccess (page 128).  Provide test administrators with additional materials, as necessary.  Monitor each testing room to ensure that test administration and test security policies and procedures are followed, seating charts and Security Logs are properly completed, and required administration information is collected.  Be available during testing to answer questions from test administrators.  In PearsonAccess, monitor session status and resume students’ tests, if necessary (pages 129-131).  Arrange for and supervise make-up administrations. 78

79 School Coordinator After Testing  Verify that all distributed secure materials have been returned. Report any missing materials to your district assessment coordinator and conduct the necessary investigation.  Make copies of all collected required administration information, seating charts, and Security Logs and file the copies.  In PearsonAccess, stop test sessions and invalidate student tests, if necessary.  In PearsonAccess, record accommodations actually used by students.  Organize materials and return them to your district assessment coordinator.  Complete the Summer 2012 EOC School Assessment Coordinator Comment Form in PearsonAccess, and encourage test administrators to complete a form. 79

80 Organize and Return Materials Store any hand-held, approved four-function calculators as directed by your district assessment coordinator. Store Student Authorization Tickets, reference sheets, Session Rosters, and work folders until results are reported for this administration and then destroy them, as directed by your district assessment coordinator. File the Florida EOC Test Administration and Security Agreements and the Test Administrator Prohibited Activities Agreements. Copy the seating charts, required administration information, and Security Logs, file the copies, and return the originals in the District Assessment Coordinator ONLY boxes. 80

81 Paper-Based Tests (PBT) The following slides relate to the administration of paper-based tests (regular print or braille), which are only offered as accommodations for the Algebra 1, EOC Assessments. Each slide contains an icon of a pencil and a test to indicate that the information pertains to paper- based tests only. 81

82 For paper-based testing only: You will receive a PreID label for each paper-based test being administered if these students were indicated in your PreID file upload. Affix the label to the correct test for that student. ̶The following four categories must be correct on a label in order for it to be used: Student Name, Student ID Number, District Number, and School Number. School assessment coordinators and test administrators must track security numbers of secure test documents in their records of required administration information. Test administrators must refer to the Braille Test Administration section in Appendix A of the manual for braille responsibilities. School and district assessment coordinators should refer to their respective Responsibilities After Testing sections for instructions.
