La Fornarina Prosecco Spumante The production area is in the province of Treviso which makes it a Prosecco DOC. The estate is 1500 hectares, over 500 hectares are planted for Prosecco production. Gorgeous sparkling Prosecco with delicate tones of candied apples and exotic flowers. The mouth feel is silky smooth and the finish lasts forever.

Glera Prosecco grape is now referred to the historical name “Glera.” The grape Glera is the only one destined for the production of Prosecco. The new Prosecco DOC has nine provinces, one of which is Treviso. All nine are part of Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia regions. 90% of Prosecco production come from vineyards of Treviso area.
