3.  He predestined salvation (Ephesians 1:4-5).  We are chosen for salvation through sanctification.  John 17:17; 16:7-13; 1 Peter 1:22-25

4.  Citizens are blood redeemed souls who walk in the light (Colossians 1:13-14; 1 John 1:6).  Worldly philosophies harden men’s hearts and minds through the deceitfulness of sin.

5.  Believers can change their sinful behavior.  Repentance is to be preached to all nations (Luke 24:46-47).  Example (Acts 18:9-11; 17:30-31)  Turning to the Lord requires personal determination to repent (Acts 2:38).

6.  Sanctification through and in Christ is a godly harvest of repentance of all personal sins.  A genuine, steadfast personal will not to sin because you are not a slave to sin any longer (Romans 6:11-12; Colossians 3:5; Ephesians 5:3).
