2. Basic Requirements Every Club President must be Youth Protection Certified (YPC) At least three (3) club members must be completely screened and trained All club members on the Youth Service Committee must be YPC.

3. The Process Rotarian name entered into Wessex by Club Youth Protection Officer Live Scan form completed by Rotarian and then taken to local Sheriff Department for fingerprints. Volunteer Affidavit to be completed online, along with three (3) references – Rotarian, friends, co-worker Youth Protection Certification Video – 30-45 minutes Youth Protection Awareness Video – 30-45 minutes.
