Buzz Groups on Challenges in M&E What are the 3 major challenges we face in implementing an effective and efficient M&E system in our projects? Formulate as: HOW TO......? Please turn your chairs and form a small buzz group of 6-10 people

Task for Group Discussions on: How to make M&E an Integrated Part of Project Management and Performance Improvement? 1.Share experiences on M&E across countries and projects in your group: what are you really doing in M&E and what is it yielding ? -any value-addition? 2.What should be the 2 most important outcomes of an effective M&E system in IFAD projects? 3.How can you seamlessly integrate M&E in your project management to produce these desired outcomes: What needs to be done / change? Please chose a facilitator and a rapporteur in the group Present only the 5 most interesting findings you have, in max 5 minutes!!! – agree in the group what they are!
