2.  The Walt Disney Company is a business that is built to bring entertainment and happiness to your family.  Marvel Comics is an American company that brought famous stories of superheroes alive.

3. Disney  Walt Disney is the founder and president of Disney from 1923- 1966.  The president today is Roger Iger. Marvel  Martin Goodman and his partner Stan Lee created Marvel Comics in 1933.  The president today is Ike Perlmutter.

4.  Disney bought Marvel for $4 billion  Disney is extremely happy that they bought Marvel because it gives Disney more opportunities to grow their business.

5.  Marvel Studios LLC.  First superhero and movie was The Human Torch.  Marvel grew a lot from 2008 (Iron Man) to Ant Man (2015).
