6.  Applications on State 4-H website  http://4h.okstate.edu/leadership/4-h-ambassadors/becoming-an- ambassador  Due by March 1 st to the State 4-H Office  Application form includes:  Official application  Essay - “What 4-H Has Done For You and How You Can Give Back as a State Ambassador”  Certification Form (included with application packet)  3 Letters of Reference – from your educator, your parents, and a non-family member
