6. I would certainly recommend the book. It is a story of a man named Inman, with love and determination who sets off on a journey to get back to the woman he loves, Ada. ‘Cold Mountain’ was a book of great character development and contained vivid landscape descriptions. It’s truly a realistic civil war romance/journey book.
