AN INDEPENDENT SURVEY PROCESS TVNZ ondemand users were invited via the tvnz.co.nz site to register to take part in a survey by Colmar Brunton, designed to understand the role of TVNZ ondemand in peoples lives 1053 users registered to take part and were sent an online questionnaire RESULTS: QUICK FACTS 56% of TVNZ ondemand users started in the last three months Average weekly viewing is 2.2 hours Average viewers regularly watch 3.3 programmes on TVNZ ondemand On average, viewers watch 3 separate episodes a week 9 out of 10 users view TVNZ ondemand at home

SURVEY RESULTS RESULTS: USER PROFILE TVNZ ondemand users are skewed to females, in the young/middle age bracket. They are higher income earners and live in the metropolitan centres
