GUIDELINES FOR PACE PROJECTS First-come first-served basis No or low-cost projects Variable subsidy based on project audience Utilize 3 rd party subsidies

FINANCIAL PROJECT GUIDELINES Max $1,000 per Section PACE project Max $2,000 per Section in 2013 Variable subsidy based on focus of PACE project Member focused – 50% Non-member focused – 40% Non-member focused w/ large member participation – 45% Any funds remaining after September 30 th allocated as above

THE MPE PROGRAM IEEE-USA Member Professional Engagement program Continues in 2013 One time payment of $200 per Section Section Requirements Section must plan & implement at least 3 PACE professional events Attendance for all events must total at least 100 people Events must be reported using vTools Submit early – program applies to first 100 Sections ONLY

PROPOSED CHANGE AT ANNUAL MEETINGS Max 5 minutes per video At least 1 per Region $500 1 st place prize $200 2 nd place prize Poster contest replaced by video contest
