1.2 Project goals and project scope What is this project about? What outcomes are we trying to achieve? (KISS) What is the intended timescale? Scope Scoping within

1.3 The team (stakeholders II) Who is likely to be affected by this project? Who needs to input to this project? Who needs to be kept informed? How? Who will have sub-project responsibilities? Management agreement to team member commitment. Are team members in favour of the project / goals? Can you make this a bottom-up project implementation? Team leadership. Project meetings.

Critical factors Dependencies time required resources needed the person managing Review against prime objectives Renegotiate the deadline Employ additional resources (increased cost) Reduce the scope of the project Risks and implications - SWOT Establish fixed regular review sessions.
