3. FFlower honey is made by bees in the course of collecting and processing of the nectar of plants.

4.  Liquid honey — the normal state of fresh honey after collection from honeycombs. Liquid honey has different degrees of density.  Viscosity of honey depends on the content of water and from air temperature.

5.  There is also poisonous honey.  Poisonous honey is sometimes called «Drunk honey It occurs when bees collect nectar from plants containing poisonous substances. Poisonous honey is rare.
