Someone at the party gave her a drink, but she soon felt faint and passed out. When she woke up she was in a bath full of ice in a strange hotel. 20. Were you right? A topical cyclone is a storm system characterized by a large low-pressure centre and numerous thunderstorms that produce strong winds and heavy rain.
