Unicef was created by the United Nations General Assembly on December, 11 of 1946. To provide emergency food and healthcare to children in countries that had been devastated by the World War II.

Unicef is the world’s leading organization for children and child rights. Works in more than 190 countries with families, local communities, business partners and goverments, to help every child reach their full potential.
