2. Pantex is developing an EMS that:  Will comply with DOE Order 450.1 and be a component of the Integrated Safety Management System (ISMS)  Will be modeled upon ISO 14001, Environmental Management Systems  Will achieve recognition by the state of Texas in the Clean Texas, Cleaner World Program

3. Management Structure  Pantex General Manager is Project Champion  Nine-member Team of Senior Managers to Oversee and Approve the System  Fifteen-member Team to Develop and Implement the EMS  Seventeen ISO Element Team Leaders  Every Pantex Employee to Drive the System
