Professional Education Preconditions and Assumptions  Teachers need to be trained, actively participate, and be observers providing feedback as well as be observed receiving feedback.  Observation and assessment of classroom teaching can benefit both parties providing the teacher with data that can be reflected upon and analyzed for the purpose of improving student learning.
