Professional Education Goal: De-privatize practice to improve classroom instruction providing teachers with feedback on their teaching and developing action plans for instructional improvement.

Professional Education Preconditions and Assumptions Teachers need to be trained, actively participate, and be observers providing feedback as well as be observed receiving feedback. Observation and assessment of classroom teaching can benefit both parties providing the teacher with data that can be reflected upon and analyzed for the purpose of improving student learning.
