Lamb, beef and chicken are the main meats eaten in Morocco. Rice and couscous are staples. Mint tea is the national drink.

5 Morocco cultural is deeply rooted in Islam. Moroccans value family, honor, dignity, generosity, and hospitality. Moroccans generally shake hands when greeting each other. Items are passed with the right hand or with both hands, not with the left. Guests are generally offered refreshments, and it is impolite to refuse them.
