Basic Yeast Bread 5 cups warm water 12 cups flour 3 Tbsp. dry yeast 2 Tbsp. salt 2/3 cup sugar OR honey 2/3 cup vegetable oil 1 egg 2

Measure water into mixer Add 7 cups of flour, then the yeast, salt, sugar or honey, oil, and egg Turn mixer on medium speed until ingredients are well mixed Slowly add the additional 5 cups of flour Leave mixer on high 7-8 minutes 4

Dump dough from mixer to large greased bowl and knead with hands Cover dough in bowl with a damp rag and let rise for 45 minutes 5

- Set oven to 350° -Separate dough into 5 equal sections -Place into greased bread pans -Let rise in pans 20 minutes -Put in oven to bake 6

After bread is through baking, dump each loaf out of the pans upside sown on a cooling rack. Let cool for about 15 minutes. 7
