Alcoholic Fermentation By Bradley Schofield I like to understand what I'm putting on this but I didn’t so it may not make sense.

What is Fermentation (sometimes known as biochemistry)?!? Fermentation is a reaction that happens when Glucose and Yeast react with Ethanol. In a general sense, fermentation is the conversion of an acid or an alcohol. More specifically, fermentation can refer to the use of yeast to change sugar into alcohol or the use of bacteria to create lactic acid in certain foods.

The chemical process of fermentation of glucose One glucose molecule is converted into two ethanol molecules and two carbon dioxide molecules: C 6 H 12 O 6 → 2C 2 H 5 OH + 2CO 2 Before fermentation takes place, one glucose molecule is broken down into two Pyruvate molecules. This is known as Glycolysis.
