Context: CBCRM Site – PO Managed Marine Sanctuaries Only 30 PO members, less than half are active PO has no link to BLGU but sits in the MFARMCs Conflict among and between PO leaders and the community coastal residents

Goal in 7.5 Months:Indicator of Success By May 2013, the management committee has regular meeting, submits report to MENRO/MAO/BLGU and has operational plan that they will implement. Working relationship between Berong and Bebot Conducted 2-3 regular meetings without assistance from CF/ACF Submitted at least 3 reports to MLGU/BLGU Key Strategies: Assist the ManComm in their initial meetings (coaching Berong on Agenda setting) Process observation of the IFA meetings and ManComm and provide critical feedback to Berong after each meeting Relationship patching between Berong/IFA and Bebot/Non IFA member Constant feedbacking between CF and ACF to analyse change in relations within Mancomm Engage Barangay Captain Wabelita Magbanua to help provide advice to Berong and Bebot by regularly providing feedback on the results of each ManComm Meetings Integrate basic skills training during meetings

PLUSDELTA It provides a very detailed pathway and strategy for ManComm Good actionable plan and guide for CFs with low/ medium skills in CO ACF-CF action plan Can be very detailed, not applicable to sites with strong community structure Facilitator needs a good background and understanding on development/ OD Some assumptions are not really surfaced in the plan (Why this strategy, why this direction)

CF has been using this plan to discuss work with ACF and Supervisor CF and Supervisor is working on the design for the team building activity for the Management Committee MENRO is now engaged
