3. Russell Cave Elementary – Renovation Work Completed in Last 30 Days: Roof at new addition is complete and the addition is dried in. Renovation of (4) classrooms on the south side continues, demolition is complete, new mechanical and electrical rough-in is in process. Stone veneer on addition base is in process. New windows have been installed at (4) classroom renovation. Current Work Effort (September): Interior ramp and stair in new addition will be poured. New horizontal blinds will be installed in cafeteria. Framing for knee walls at new windows and soffits in renovated classrooms will be installed. Block filler and painting will begin.
