3. People Tags Select the “Un-named” folder Find a GOOD photo of someone you recognise Click on the “Add a name” bar Type in the name of the person (Use full name) In the pop-up window click on “New Person”, then “OK” Repeat process with a NEW person

4. People Tags After you have added several people, check the list of people folders for 'confirmation prompts' Eventually you will have to identify those people that the program could not...it has trouble with profile shots, and those where the face is cocked to one side... You will have to identify faces the program missed for some reason using the “Add a person” function

5. Fixing Errors To rename a People folder, click on its title bar To remove a duplicate folder, move the photos from the 'non-preferred' folder to the 'preferred' folder, then delete the empty folder. To select a new photo for a person folder:  Rename the existing folder  Select the desired photo and rename the person (this will create a new folder)  Move all photos into the new folder

6. Place Tags Select the photo you want to tag Click on the “Places” button Centre the map on desired location and zoom in Click on the green map pin Drag the new map pin to the desired location Click to confirm this is correct

7. General Tags Type your tag into the input box and click on the green “+” The two most recently used tags will stay in the top two slots of the “Quick Tags” table You can choose which other tags you want in the “Quick Tags” area by clicking on the asterisk
