BELLAST Series consists of Bellast, Bellast Soft, Bellast L24 and Bellast Vital. These products are made of a sterile gel of cross-linked hyaluronic acid, which is non-animal origin.
They have biocompatibility to human body and degrade natually over time. They can be used to improve facial wrinkles & folds and maintain elasticity of skin.

Bellast was the first hyaluronic acid product from Dongkook, and acquired CE mark for the first time in Korea. It is designed to fill medium size and deep wrinkles the face by injection into the middle part of the dermis layer.
Bellast Soft is used to fill fine wrinkles and facial lines (such as crow’s feet or perioral wrinkles) by injection into the superficial to mid dermis.
Bellast L24 is suitable for use in the filling of moderate to severe facial wrinkles (such as nasolabial folds) by injection into the mid to deep dermis. The presence of Lidocaine is meant to reduce the patient’s pain during treatment.
Bellast Vital can create a glowing complexion to look moist and healthy by injection into superficial dermis layer

By maintaining the relevant ratio of Viscosity to Elasticity, BELLAST is designed to minimize a possible side effect such as gel migration or easy modification in tissue in case that there is not proper balance between the elasticity and the viscosity.

9. Advantages
Efficacy
Total wrinkle area (mm2), percentage of wrinkle area(%) and amount of wrinkles(%) were analyzed before the injection, for 3 months and 6 months after injection. In all test groups and control groups, the depth and amount of wrinkles were decreased in the injection site, and similar to UV negative group.

10. Advantages Durability
From a week after injection, the skin thickness and volume of residual filler were measured once a week, and as a result, filler volume lasted for 6 months in every test groups and control groups.
Duration time depends on the injection site, the product to be chosen, or the patient’s condition, but it lasts for up to 6 months in most cases.
