Anti Corruption Legal Advisory Center-ALAC In 2010.  In comparation with 2009: - Increased number of cases in Public Procurements for more than 100%, also doubled number of cases in health and property rights areas - Increased number of cases related to police for 38%, education for 11% - Almost the same number of cases in judiciary, taxes and finances - Significant reduction of cases number in area of customs

Judiciary: Judiciary:  2009- 18% of ALAC cases for 2009  2010- 12,8% of all ALAC cases for 2010  22 opened cases in judiciary area are related to judicary reform (oko 47%)  More than overall number of initiated cases in some particular areas (inspections, taxes and finances, political parties)  Judicary reform cases makes 6% of overall initiated cases in ALAC 2010  Majority of ongoing cases from previous years are from judiciary area- 21%
