Deer, fowl, corn, squash How many houses were at Plymouth Colony at the time of the harvest celebration? 7 Did the participants call this a thanksgiving feast? No, they called it a harvest celebration. Wampanoag give thanks after every hunt, not just annually. They played games and did military exhibitions too.
