NDIA SE Division – Annual Planning Meeting December 12-13, 2012 2 2012 Status Worked 2 Tasks: -DoDAF Recommendations: –Discussion held as an Architecture Track paper at SE Conference –DoD CIO update provided to committee & presentation provided at SE Conference –Report still in work –Key recommendation to date: closer coordination needed between SE & DoD CIO to be reflected in Defense Acq Guidebook on subjects of Architecture and ISP (Information System Plan) Jack Zavin, OSD/USD (AT&L) and Walt Okon, DoD CIO working together Need someone from Dr. Welby’s org also involved -Architecture Metrics: –Participated in Metrics Working Group / Workshop –Presented paper at SE Conference –Delivered report (recommendations) Team Logistics: -34 members across industry & DoD, including DoD CIO org support -Met 9 times virtually, 3 times face-to-face -Hosted architecture sessions at SE Conference
