Pickens Bass Fishing Club Meeting 2 Agenda

Membership Dues Minimum First Payment ($50) is due today. Final Payment ($100 Total) is due 11/13/15. Anyone who did not turn in dues will not receive a pass to the next meeting. Arrangements can be made to submit dues prior to next meeting.

Sponsorship Submissions All sponsorships need to be in by 11/13/15. These sponsorships will can take the place of your dues. This will allow us to order Jerseys by the end of November. Product or Trade Sponsorships can be secured on a case by case basis.

Scheduling The process of creating a schedule will begin in December, and be finalized by the time we leave for Christmas Break. Tentative Layout: – Three Club Sponsored Tournaments No Entry Fee Other schools may be invited Fished on Sundays – The High School State Championship Date set by SAF Fished Usually on a Saturday

Club Officers We will now take names of anyone interested in becoming a club officer for the remainder of this school year. President – Must be an upper classmen. – Must have been a member the previous year, starting next year. Vice President – Must be an underclassmen Secretary – Can be from any class. Treasurer – Can be from any class.

Additional Tournaments There are additional high school tournaments that you can enter outside of the club. Pickens High School will not be responsible for your supervision during these tournaments. Boaters At the next meeting we’ll start collecting the Boater Contact and Insurance Information. Boaters are volunteers, parents, and relatives from the Jasper Community. Boaters and parents will be required to attend a pre- tournament meeting. Boaters will be required to show proof of insurance and sign a liability waiver. Parents of Both Members Fishing must also sign liability waiver.
