Our mission To provide, constantly improve and develop complex rehabilitation services for persons with physical disability in order to develop their self- sufficiency, full-fledged participation in public life, full self-realisation and better quality of life. Target group: People with physical disability (medium and severe); Age: 18-60.

8. Some statistics about VRC 50 in-patients and approx. 40 out-patients. Approx. 110 staff. Up to 30 employees with disabilities in different temporary employment programmes.

9. Staff Approx. 50 specialists: physicians, psychologists, occupational and physiotherapists, social workers, vocational trainers, case managers nurses and etc. 20 % of staff is people with disabilities

VRC expectation to the project (1) 1) Take part in all phases of the project: –Establish a licence holder for EQUASS Assurance in Lithuania, –Find 3-5 companies within vocational rehabilitation that are interested in implementing EQUASS, –Develop a strategy for how EQUASS best can be implemented in Lithuania, –Assemble practical experience and examples from the implementation work and etc.

VRC expectation to the project (2) 2) VRC will contribute with the experience in provision of vocational rehabilitation services for people with physical disabilities needs. 3) Will share the experience of innovative projects in national and European context, as well as the expertise of developing quality management systems.
