Bell-ringer: 3 minutes Talk to person next to you about these Research question: How does the amount of sunlight affect the number of leaves on the plant? Procedure: 1. Each pot gets one seed and 2 cups of soil 2. Pot 1 (3 hours of sunlight), Pot 2 (6 hours sunlight), Pot 3 (9 hours sunlight) 3. Pot 1 (no water), Pot 2 (½ cup of water), Pot 3 (1 cup of water) 4. Measure and record the number of leaves on each plant and plant height. What is wrong with the procedure above? A. There are two dependent variables B. There are two independent variables C.
