What is Ethos? Ethos: refers to credibility, respect or authority a person has Critical questions to ask: Can I trust this person’s judgment? Do I respect this person? Is this person an expert or authority figure on the subject? Nike CommercialCommercial

What is Logos? Logos: the logic used to support a claim. EXAMPLES - Evidence –Facts and statistics –Visual charts –Research studies Progressive Insurance CommercialCommercial
