2. What if? Just imagine the roles were reversed and you had to plan and deliver the Year 9 Options programme! Plan the whole process with your fellow colleagues and present your programme in an informative and creative way.

3. ….Agh! The Principal wishes to see your ideas by Friday 3.30p.m.

4. You need to consider: Your target audience How will you introduce the options programme to 350 students? How will you inform the students about the 5 GCSE Options available? What resources will you use? How will the students record the information and their thoughts on each option?

5. TIPS! The Principal is very busy, therefore keep your presentation to one sheet of A4 – you can expand if you are asked to! Annotate all your ideas and plans Draw mini templates of pages/booklets List your resources for all 5 materials – be practical, you are dealing with 350 students! Consider how you will involve parents in this whole process.
