3 Samaritan Resource Center (SRC) 3 June 24, 2013 the SRC began providing services for the homeless and at-risk population of East Orange county at 9833 East Colonial Drive. This community solution is a public/private partnership between the Orange County government and the SRC, Inc., a faith- centered organization. The Orange County government purchased and renovated property and buildings that are leased to the SRC. The need for help and the number of clients and services the SRC provides has been steadily trending upward.

9 Samaritan Resource Center (SRC) 9 1 st 2 nd 3 rd 4 th Acquire additional permanent staff: Executive Director & Volunteer Coordinator Staff the renovated shower and laundry facilities Expand the hours/days of operation and increase the services provided: Additional job training, computer training, and life-skills classes Additional counseling Operate and supply an on-site medical and dental facility Acquire much needed storage space in order to allow for more service capacity Acquire and operate a used clothing store. The store provides a revenue source to help sustain operational costs

Making a difference in the lives of the homeless and at- risk citizens of East Orange County Providing essential services and meeting the daily needs of the homeless Our East Orange County community is becoming aware of the homeless challenge and is engaging in the solution
