Case: CDR-15-02-058 Project: Village F Master PD / LUP Applicant: Eric Warren, Poulos & Bennett District: 1 Acreage:1,708.95 gross acres (overall) 189.35 gross acres (affected) Request:A substantial change to revise the residential development program for PD Parcels S-22 (-5 units), S-26 (+2 units) and S-27 (+3 units); and to grant three (3) waivers from the Village PD Code to reduce the Estate District minimum average lot size and minimum front porch setback within a designated portion of Parcel S-27 only. Action Requested Make a finding of consistency with the Comprehensive Plan (CP) and approve the substantial change to the Village F Master Planned Development / Land Use Plan (PD/LUP) dated “Received April 27, 2015”, subject to the recommended Development Review Committee (DRC) conditions listed in the Staff Report.
