3. Step 1 Highlight en ville down to dans un village (like form hockey to la basket in this example)

4. Step 2 Hold down Ctrl key and scroll across and highlight Total column your first score to the last score

5. Step 3 Click on chart wizard

6. Choose whatever type of chart you want (eg. piechart) Then click on Next. Check the chart looks OK (For bar and column charts, choose series in columns) Click on Next when you’re finished

7. –Make sure you are on the Titles tab and insert the title for the chart and label the X and Y axis if appropriate. –Click on the Data labels tab and tick the box to Show values or Show Percentages. –Click on Next –Finally choose a New sheet for the chart. –Click on Finish.

8. Cut and Paste into Word Document Open a Word document Click on the chart, then right click and select ‘copy’ Then go back to the Word document you opened. Click anywhere on it, right click and select paste. You can add pictures, graphics, titles etc. Save your work regularly.

9. Some Final Points: –In Excel, you can change almost anything in the chart (text size, colours, add title, remove title, add/remove legend, add values to bars or percentages to the piechart or remove them …). –Play around and make your chart in your own style! –Make sure the changes are transferred into the Word document too...you may need to copy and paste again! –Let me know when you are ready to print
