10  Established in 1991, Cocoon House has been Snohomish County's only resource exclusively serving homeless and at-risk youth ages 13-17. We believe that every child deserves a home and the opportunity to achieve his or her fullest potential. Cocoon House provides youth housing and other critical community -based services to caregivers, families and the community.

11 Cocoon House is a private, non-profit organization that relies on the generosity of individuals, community organizations, foundations and corporations to carry out their work. In Seattle there is also a fund that helps prostitutes if you are interested In making a donation.

12  A Seattle investment adviser pledged $100,000 of his own money to help launch the state's first program aimed at rescuing teenage prostitutes from the control of violent pimps and the dangers of sex work, but was not as successful as he planned, due to budget cuts.  Tax-deductible donations can still be made to the City of Seattle Prostituted Children Rescue Fund.
