What is good and bad for our organism? GOOD: - fruit - vegetables - fruit juice - wholemeal bread - milk - mineral water - tea BAD: - sweets - lemonade - cakes - crisps - a lot of meat - chocolate

THE BEST IS NEVER START WITH DRUGS!!! Prevention: - do not be friend with people who using drugs - do not use unknown substance - do not go to bars where are drugs

You should more sports (for example: football, valleyball, tennis, ice hockey, swimming, atc.). You should not seat in front of TV or computer long time. You should do any active for 1 + hours each day.
