GaETC 2010: Explore – Engage – Empower Goals of This Grant Create a model using technology to improve literacy that can be replicated throughout the state. Leverage the Lexile Framework® to improve student reading and writing scores. Increase Georgia’s capacity to provide high quality literacy professional learning opportunities. Use digital-imaging technology to modify or create works of art for use in a digital presentation.
