Based on the MIOCB recommendation for the Inc 29 & 30 IDRD Rev A, utilization has been elevated above visiting vehicle traffic other than Soyuz (crew) arrivals and departures Crew Time Working Group (CTWG) is working generic crew time updates to support average 35 hours per week for utilization Inc 31&32 current vehicle traffic provides a greater challenge for meeting that requirement; assessment on-going to determine impacts / risks, particularly in the area of cargo ops
