Owens/x48025 Increment 31 & 32 Known Vehicle Traffic Changes and Crew Time Status Known vehicle traffic changes that will be incorporated during the CR process 28S undock / Start of Increment 31 moves to 14-Mar-12 30S undock / End of Increment 32 moves to 12-Sep-12 Space-X 1 moves to 14-Apr-12 – 13-May-12 Space-X 2 moves to 09-Jul-12 – 04-Aug-12 Space-X 3 moves to Increment 33 Final HTV-3 dock date in review, expected to move to ~May 2012 Program emphasis on completing average of 35 hours of utilization per week has been elevated Crew and vehicle safety remain the highest priority Requirement for utilization has been elevated in priority in the baseline IDRD CR out for review. Based on the MIOCB recommendation for the Inc 29 & 30 IDRD Rev A, utilization has been elevated above visiting vehicle traffic other than Soyuz (crew) arrivals and departures Crew Time Working Group (CTWG) is working generic crew time updates to support average 35 hours per week for utilization Inc 31&32 current vehicle traffic provides a greater challenge for meeting that requirement; assessment on-going to determine impacts / risks, particularly in the area of cargo ops
