Activity  Get in a group of two.  One of the group members, get your planner and your pencil.  Hold the planner and your pencil infront of you.  Your hands should be straight and at the same level.  The other member will determine which one will hit the floor first, the planner or the pencil.  Discuss your results.

10. Light and heavy objects fall at a same rate, because heavier objects also have greater inertia. The heavier object is pulled with a greater force, and it resist acceleration more strongly than the light object.
