President’s Update Rules enforcement was a success and we will continue next year Another great year of home sales and home values continuing to rise Formalized our Rules in regards to painting Phase 1 and 2 all homes required to be painted by the end of 2014 Phase 3 all homes required to be painted by the end of 2015

Highlights and Updates for 2013 4 th of July – Great turn out and great weather Special thanks to Timberlake Church for donating the inflatables Fedex project completed and 188 th opened through to Union Hill Irrigation improvements in phase 2 and trees replaced Parking revisions on NE 68th

Project Ideas – Volunteer Opportunities Litter prevention committee Group Pricing Committee (negotiate things like mulch, river rock, painting) web resource Help (web info projects like paint schemes, recommended contractors, self-edits of contact info, voting page, etc.) pave-the-park squad (for lobbying the city for investments in the public park) Welcome to Woodbridge Wagon Tool Share Network(for sharing ladders, loppers, sawhorses, etc.)
