Generally martabak are currently only for ordinary martabak sweet with a round and content as a, glutinous, cheese, banana, etc. While the products of my tavern is martabak with a smaller size, heart-shaped, and the cartoon series and has a variety of taste more than martabak usual.

Ingredients: 250 gr of wheat flour 350 ml milk 50 gr sugar 2 eggs ½ tsp baking powder 1 tsp instant yeast ½ tsp salt butter / butter to spread Fillings: Sweet Condensed Milk Sugar Chocolate Sprinkle Shredded tasty cheese Coarse Ground Peanuts (optional) Margarine

Blend flour, sugar, baking powder and instant yeast. Pour the milk gradually, stirring until blended. Add the eggs and mix well and sprinkle with salt. Allow the dough for at least 30 minutes with closed cloth napkins. Prepare griddle / non-stick pan, heat briefly, spread with a little butter. Then pour the batter.
