The FG inventory makes a relatively accurate counting of the finished goods which is then stored in the FG database.
THE RM DATABASE TAKES INTO ACCOUNT INCOMING RM FROM VENDOR, AND RM USED FOR MANUFACTURING. THIS DATABSE GIVES THE COMPANY A CLEAR IDEA OF THE RM THEY NEED TO BUY FROM VENDOR IN ORDER TO KEEP THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS.
THE FG DATABASE TAKES INTO ACCOUNT THE FINISHED MANUFACTURED GOODS AND THE SOLD ITEMS. BY ADDING THE MANUFACTURING GOODS INTO THE DATABSE, THE COMPANY KNOWS WHAT ITEMS THEY HAVE READY TO SELL. AFTER SELLING THIS ITEMS, THE FG DATABSE IS UPDATD AGAIN SO THAT THE ITEMS SOLD CAN BE MADE AGAIN THROUGH THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS.
